Coffee was discovered in Ethiopia and then perfected by everybody who ever touched it since -- or so everyone likes to think. Way back in the 19th Century or so, coffee landed in Europe and each country seemed to think their way of roasting was best; this is how you get French Roast & Italian Roast. (How you get blonde roast is a whole different story and involves clever marketing not fair-haired roasting folks).
Bongo's interpretation of the classic French dark roast is a rich, heavy-bodied coffee with subtle notes of black walnut. Ooh la la. & Paix, amour & Bongo!
