Fondo Paez was founded in 1992 by the largest indigenous group in Colombia to bring back traditional agricultural practices to support the Paez culture, which had been damaged by centuries of conflict and oppression. 

The fine coffee has a smooth, silky body with crisp acidity and natural nutty and citrus tastes.
